modern, functional room with the view of the arch, everything was good. the staff was helpful and incredibly polite and our experience was absolutely amazing overall.

I loved the room with a bathtub, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was rich with wider choise of food and liquid eggs, as example, so much to pick from. The location was magnificent - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The check in was early, the staff was extraordinary service-minded and exceptionally welcoming👍

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally welcoming and very friendly. The location is particularly good, with Eglise Sainte-Mathilde just a 10-15 minute walk away. Plus, it's just a short walk to various places in the center from the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed the quadruple room for body wash, wouldn't mind staying there all day. We met outstandingly accommodating staff at this hotel. The service was EXCELLENT throughout our stay. Moreover, parking was nearby. Excellent central location not far from shops and nice restaurants, and all the big stores, brands, and all kinds of foods and restaurants.

Super Hôtel in the immediate vicinity of the concert hall. Only to recommend.

Great spot for checking out the area - family-friendly with fantastic views, close to a subway station, and just a 15-minute walk to the city center.

The room was very spacious - 2 large king size beds, so ideal for us as a family with 2 children. Good location directly centrally behind the Grand Arche with very easy metro connection to the centre. Very friendly reception.

The tables in the breakfast room were not well cleaned, as we had many crumbs from previouus guests at the freshly set table on both mornings. On both mornings we also had to exchange 2 of 4 coffee cups, because they were not properly cleaned.

The staff here is incredibly polite and exceptionally welcoming, and the breakfasts offer a great variety of delicious foods to choose from.

The restaurant here offers very good food with wonderful dishes, set against magnificent views and a great decor.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very near Metro Line 1, a multiplex theater, and a convenient express market at the subway station. The staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious, functional, and had comfortable seating.- The rooms offer a pleasant view of the Grande Arche along with complimentary snacks.

Only the aircondition was not working well

The location of the hotel is very good for business trips in the area - the breakfast disappointed me. You spend 27 euros and get cold scrambled eggs, baguette is out and no longer available, there is no multigrain bread or rolls at all. Only white bread and toast. Next time I'll skip breakfast and go to the shopping mall next door for breakfast.
